CAN YOU LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE ON DEPARTURE?
Yes, our system manages everything with electronic keypads, so you can leave your luggage in storage upon departure, or even upon arrival if you prefer.
WHERE CAN WE PARK YOUR CAR?
Cars are prohibited in Venice; it’s a large island where you can only get around on foot or by boat. We have an agreement with a garage that offers competitive rates and provides a free shuttle to and from Venice’s Piazzale Roma.

IS IT WORTH STAYING IN THE HISTORIC CENTER OF VENICE?
Yes, absolutely, because you’ll have everything within easy reach, and in the evening, after returning for a shower and perhaps an hour to relax, you’re back in the heart of this beautiful city.

IS VENICE SAFE AT NIGHT?
Venice is safe even at night. During the day, be careful of “pickpockets,” which are mainly found on public vaporettos, where there are always lots of people. Never carry anything on your shoulders (backpacks, bags, etc.).

HOW TO GET AROUND VENICE WITHOUT GETTING LOST?
It’s always a good idea to have a map of Venice or make sure your phone has a good data connection to connect to Google Maps.

HOW MUCH DOES A TAXI COST IN VENICE?
Taxis in Venice are very expensive. Some examples: from the train station to our apartments in Sant’Angelo it costs €70.00, while from Marco Polo Airport the cost is €160.00.

DO YOU NEED THE WATERBUS TO VISIT VENICE?
The waterbus is only useful for visiting the islands of Murano, Burano, and Torcello. Otherwise, if you have comfortable shoes, you can easily walk the entire area.

HOW MANY DAYS DO I NEED TO VISIT VENICE?
An average stay is about 4 days.

IS VENICE SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
If children are used to walking, it can be a wonderful experience because Venice, without cars, motorcycles, or bicycles, is certainly less dangerous than other cities.

IS VENICE AN EXPENSIVE CITY?
Venice, like all cities of art, is affected by the cost of renting hotels, restaurants, bars, etc.
