At Ca’ Sant’Angelo, you are not welcomed by a management company or an automated check-in system. You are welcomed by Paolo and Stefania, the owners themselves. We are Venetians, we live and work in our historic palace every day, and we have been personally looking after guests from all over the world for many years.

Personal Care Before You Arrive, During Your Stay and Until You Return Home

Our hospitality begins long before you arrive.

Around two weeks before your stay, Stefania personally contacts every guest by WhatsApp or email to help organise every aspect of the arrival. Whether you are travelling from Venice Marco Polo Airport, Santa Lucia Railway Station, Piazzale Roma or another destination, we will guide you step by step, recommending the easiest transport options, the best vaporetto routes, water taxis, schedules and practical advice so that your journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

This personal assistance continues throughout your stay. Because we work in the building every day, we are always available whenever you need local recommendations, restaurant suggestions, directions or help with any unexpected situation. Our guests appreciate knowing that there is always someone nearby who genuinely cares about their experience.

Unlike many holiday apartments managed remotely, Ca’ Sant’Angelo combines the independence and privacy of a fully equipped luxury apartment with the reassurance of attentive local hosts who know Venice inside out.

Our four elegant apartments occupy the entire Piano Nobile of a beautifully preserved 15th-century Venetian palace in the heart of the historic centre. Here you can enjoy authentic Venetian charm while staying within easy walking distance of St. Mark’s Square, Rialto Bridge, Teatro La Fenice, the ACTV vaporetto stops, the Alilaguna airport waterbus and the private water taxi landing stage.
